Enterprise Architect

At T-Mobile, we are constantly moving forward with the maximum priority of digital products for our clients (mobile applications, online shopping, client zone of the portal). We create solutions on the level of individual countries (Czech Republic / Slovakia) or even on the level of transnational solutions using agile delivery, automation, DevOps and the creation of new solutions using a microservices architecture.

As our Enterprise Architect you will be taking a lead role in the creation of sharing best practices and reference architecture standards (e.g. code samples, frameworks and research papers). You will also be tasked to evangelize out to the different product verticals and teams within T-Mobile Czech or Slovak Telekom. In this role your creativity will link technology to tangible solutions which will help us to retire parts of our legacy and enhance our new architecture strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Frequently lead teams though ideations to proof of concept then being able to help deliver production ready designs
  • Be able to design enterprise architectures and be resilient in the face of every changing requirements
  • Ensure the customer is at the forefront when designing, building, and deploying products and features
  • Be able to influence product direction and execution based on experience and understanding the current landscape technically and commercially

What skills you have

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise architecture design and planning
  • A background in Software Engineering, Systems Design, DevOps or Data Engineering
  • Experience in driving technical change in large complexity
  • Experience building, refactoring or operating large scale impactful IT systems
  • Previous experience in decomposing large monoliths into smaller SOA based services
