We also use the Facebook pixel to optimize TMobile's marketing offers on Facebook, provided that you have given Facebook the appropriate consent to the processing of cookies.   • Sklik: this is a tool that we use as part of marketing promotion. TMobile does not pass on any of your customer data.

  • Xaxis: this is a tool that we use to evaluate user behavior on the website. The user is evaluated only on the basis of cookies. TMobile does not pass on any personal information about you.   • Medallia: this is a tool that we use to measure user satisfaction on the TMobile website. In the case of Medallio, the user is evaluated only on the basis of cookies, we do not use any other data in connection with this tool, which ensures the user's anonymity.   • Exponea: this is a tool that we use for the purposes of customer behavior evaluation, personalization, email and push campaigns, and for orders.
  • Customer Behavior Ratings: Through the Exponea tool, we evaluate the behavior of visitors to our website, solely based on their behavior on our website. The aim is to adapt our website to make it clearer and more user-friendly for you.
  • Personalization: allows us to show the user content that is most convenient for them. As part of personalization, we identify the user, select a suitable offer for them and display it to them. Personalization takes place with the help of cookies. A user who is not logged in to our website is shown a non-personalized advertisement. A logged-in user (on the website or in the My T-Mobile application) will see a personalized advertisement because the cookies are paired with the user profile.
  • Email campaigns: we send two types of emails within campaigns. Emails with an offer to extend the contract (extension campaign) or with an offer to switch from a prepaid card to a flat rate (migration campaign) and random (ad-hoc) emails that are used for marketing promotion of TMobile products and services.
  • Push campaigns: we send to My TMobile according to the MSISDN (phone number) of customers who have given us their consent to do so and/or have not objected to processing on the basis of direct marketing.
  • Orders: as part of improving the quality of our services, we evaluate the order process on our website. In practice, this means, for example, evaluating situations why it was not possible to complete an order on our website.

How long we will keep your browsing data

Browsing data stored according to your cookie settings is not stored in our internal systems. We store the information we associate with cookie data in accordance with the consent you have given us or for the duration of the contractual relationship between us and you. We retain combined data from cookies and our systems for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, but no longer than 6 months.
